Our Cleaning Promise

Your clothes are treated with care, every step of the way: All the laundry you place in your bag is washed together (never mixed with other customers).
Everything is washed on a cold cycle, which helps preserve colors, prevent shrinking, and extend fabric life.

We use fragrance-free, hypoallergenic detergents and dryer sheets for sensitive skin. Clothes are dried, folded neatly, and packaged for delivery.

How It Works

Book your laundry pickup online through our “Book Now” page. Select the day that works best for you, and we will confirm the order by text.

1. Schedule Pickup

2. Pickup & Weigh-In

Between 4–6 pm, we stop by to collect your laundry. Each order is weighed so you know exactly how many pounds we received. You’ll get a quick text update with the weight and confirmation. Choose contactless (leave it outside) or in-person handoff

We wash and carefully fold your laundry using fragrance-free, hypoallergenic detergents and dryer sheets, keeping everything safe for sensitive skin. Each load is cleaned with care and folded neatly, ready for delivery.

4. Delivery Back to You

Your laundry is delivered back to the same spot we picked it up, either contactless with text updates or in-person delivery. Fresh, folded, and ready to put away. This will default to the 4-6 pm window range or if you're okay with as soon as it's ready.
